1. Our Return Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with every home product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges, unless the product is defective).
2. Return Conditions
To receive a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

Product Condition: Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

Packaging: All original packaging, tags, instructions, and accessories (if any) must be included

Return Window: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the product must be shipped back within 14 days after we approve the return
Note: Home products that have been assembled, installed, or show clear signs of use (e.g., mattresses, opened textiles) may be subject to a partial refund or denied return.
3. Non‑returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom‑size curtains, engraved furniture)

Clearance / final sale items

Hygiene‑sensitive products (e.g., opened pillows, mattress protectors)

Perishable goods (e.g., candles with limited shelf life, depending on the product)
4. Return Process

Wait for approval – we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address

Pack securely – use the original packaging to prevent damage in transit

Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refund processing – once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Important: Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused.
5. Refund Method & Timing

Refund Amount: Purchase price of the returned item (original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error)

Processing: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive the return

Delivery time to your account:

Credit/Debit cards: 3–10 business days

PayPal / Shopify Payments: 1–5 business days

Other methods: Up to 14 business days

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage from shipping, or the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect/damage

Photos of the outer packaging (if shipping damage)

We will provide a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a free replacement of the same product

We will also provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different product (e.g., different size, color, or style), please return the original item as described above and place a new order for the desired product. The original order will be refunded according to our standard return policy.

8. Order Cancellations
